Édition 01 · feature inventory

Nine features.
Zero roadmap asterisks.

Every line below is in v1, tested, shipped, paid for by the Founder's Édition price. No 'available on the Pro plan'. No 'coming Q3'. No 'invite-only beta'.

Custom domain · book.your-brand.com

Slotsy spins up book.your-brand.com via Cloudflare for SaaS. Auto-renewing certificate. Instant TLS. Free on $49. The page renders before its own CSS finishes loading, so members never see a flash of unstyled scheduler. Your brand owns the URL bar, the SERP entry, and the share preview.

vs. the field

TidyCal: tidycal.com/yourname, no custom domain on the $29 tier. Slotsy: yours at $49.

SPEC · domain
  • TLS · auto
  • CNAME · 1 record
  • DNS · prop < 5 min
  • Sites · ∞ on Agency

White-label confirmation emails

Custom sender ([email protected]). Custom template. Your logo at the top. Your footer at the bottom. No BreezeDoc ad. No 'sent via TidyCal' attribution. No upsell links to a product your client never asked about.

vs. the field

TidyCal injects a BreezeDoc promo into every confirmation. Slotsy injects nothing.

SPEC · emails
  • SPF + DKIM · your domain
  • Template · full HTML
  • Reply-to · your inbox
  • Provider · Resend EU

Hybrid calendar sync · Google or iCal

Google Calendar over OAuth for the smoothest UX. iCal feed paste for anyone who can't or won't grant OAuth — Apple, Outlook, Fastmail, Proton, you name it. Both sync free/busy in real time. Both ship at v1. iCal works the day Slotsy launches, no Google verification dependency.

vs. the field

Most LTD schedulers force Google. TidyCal needs OAuth + verification. Slotsy ships both, day one.

SPEC · calendar
  • Google · OAuth 2.0
  • iCal · RFC 5545
  • Refresh · 5 min
  • Calendars · 1 (Solo) / 5 (Agency)

Multiple event types

Set up a 15-minute discovery, a 60-minute strategy session, a paid 30-minute consult, and a 'pick-a-time' open hour. Each has its own duration, price, intake form, buffer, and availability window. Members pick by name — 'Book a strategy session' — not by length.

vs. the field

Same as TidyCal, but the intake form is fully your branding, not a generic third-party form.

SPEC · types
  • Durations · 15 / 30 / 60 / custom
  • Prices · per type
  • Forms · per type
  • Buffers · pre + post

Bring-your-own Stripe

Paste a Stripe restricted API key. Slotsy never sits in the payment path, never holds funds, never charges a platform fee, never converts your USD. Refunds, disputes, payouts, tax — all in your existing Stripe dashboard, on your existing schedule. If Slotsy disappears tomorrow, your payments don't.

vs. the field

TidyCal's payment goes through TidyCal. Slotsy's payment goes through you.

SPEC · stripe
  • Key · restricted, scoped
  • Fees · zero from Slotsy
  • Holds · zero
  • Disputes · your dashboard

Email reminders

24 hours before. 1 hour before. Sender: your domain. Template: your design. Reply-to: your inbox, so when a member needs to reschedule they reply where it gets noticed. SPF + DKIM on your domain — no 'on behalf of slotsy.net' wrapping in Gmail.

vs. the field

TidyCal reminders use TidyCal's sender by default. Slotsy reminders use yours by default.

SPEC · reminders
  • T-24h + T-1h
  • Sender · your domain
  • Reply-to · your inbox
  • Toggle · per event type

Custom branding + CSS

Logo, primary colour, accent colour, custom fonts via @import, and a full custom CSS textarea that scopes to your booking page. Need to override every border-radius because your brand uses sharp corners? Done. The page won't flash unstyled — your CSS is server-rendered into the head before paint.

vs. the field

Most LTD schedulers stop at 'pick a primary colour'. Slotsy gives you the full hook.

SPEC · branding
  • Logo · SVG + raster
  • Colours · primary + accent
  • Fonts · @import any
  • CSS · scoped, unlimited (Agency)

Embeddable widget

One <script> tag drops the booking widget into your site, inherits your typography, stays mobile-responsive. Loads under 12 KB gzipped — smaller than most ad-tracker scripts. Works in iframes, modals, side panels, popovers. Webflow / Framer / WordPress / Carrd compatible out of the box.

vs. the field

Most embeds are 80–200 KB and bring their own font stack. Slotsy's stays out of your way.

SPEC · embed
  • Size · < 12 KB gzip
  • Fonts · inherits parent
  • Mobile · responsive
  • Hosts · 1 (Solo) / ∞ (Agency)

HMAC-signed webhooks

JSON POST to your endpoint on every booking, reschedule, cancellation, no-show. HMAC-SHA256 signature header so you can verify the payload. Retries with exponential backoff on 5xx. Drop into Zapier, n8n, Make, or write your own handler — docs ship day one, not 'soon'.

vs. the field

TidyCal: no webhooks at v1. Cal.com has them. Slotsy ships them at $49 once.

SPEC · webhooks
  • Signature · HMAC-SHA256
  • Retries · 5 × backoff
  • Events · 5 types
  • Latency · < 250 ms p95

Honest by construction

What we're deliberately not shipping at v1.

Every LTD scheduler we audited ships a feature list with hidden footnotes. Here are the footnotes — in the same typography as the rest of the page.

  • DEFER · v1.1

Team workspaces. Slotsy v1 is single-user per account. Agency tier gives you 5 calendars but they route through one operator. Multi-user team workspaces are a v2 conversation.

  • DEFER · v1.1

Microsoft 365 / Outlook native OAuth. Outlook works via iCal feed today. Native OAuth is on the v1.1 calendar.

  • DEFER · demand

PayPal & alternative processors. Stripe only at v1. PayPal is on the v1.1 list if buyer demand justifies it.

  • DEFER · v1.1

SMS reminders. Email-only at v1. SMS adds per-message cost and a phone-number-collection privacy surface we'd rather not ship without thought.

  • DEFER · v2

Group events & recurring bookings. One-to-one only at v1. Recurring (e.g. weekly coaching) and group (e.g. cohort workshop) are on the v2 roadmap.

  • NEVER

An 'AI assistant'. No. The scheduler stays small, fast, and deterministic. If you want AI to triage your inbox, that's a different product.
