Refund Policy

§01 The 30-day rule

Within 30 days of purchase, write 'refund' to us — we send it back. No exit survey.

Every Founder's Édition purchase (Solo and Agency) carries a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Email [email protected] with "refund" in the subject. We confirm within 24 hours; Paddle processes the reversal within 5–7 business days.

§02 What we don't ask

  • An exit survey.
  • A win-back phone call.
  • A follow-up email asking "are you sure?"
  • A reason. Refunds aren't conditional on you explaining yourself.

§03 After 30 days

Refunds outside the 30-day window are discretionary. For monthly subscriptions (post-LTD), we typically pro-rate the unused portion of the current billing cycle. For lifetime accounts past 30 days, refunds are rare but not impossible — write to us and we'll discuss.

§04 What happens to your data

On refund, the account closes. Within 24 hours we email you a JSON export of every booking, event type, and contact. After 7 days, the account is deleted from production; backups roll off within 90 days.

§05 Payments your members made

Payments that members made on your booking page went directly to your Stripe account via the restricted key you provided. We never held that money and can't refund it — those refunds are processed by you, in your Stripe dashboard, on your terms.

§06 Disputes & chargebacks

If you initiate a Paddle chargeback rather than emailing us, we'll respond once to clarify, but won't contest a chargeback inside the 30-day window.
