§01 The deal

You pay once (or monthly post-LTD). We run the scheduler.

Slotsy provides a white-label scheduling platform. The Founder's Édition entitles you to lifetime access on the tier you bought, subject to these Terms. Post-LTD, monthly subscriptions are billed by Paddle.

§02 Acceptable use

You won't use Slotsy to facilitate fraud, distribute malware, send unsolicited mass email, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, after written warning where reasonable.

§03 Your content & data

You own your bookings, member contact data, branding assets, custom CSS. We're a custodian. We won't repurpose your data for marketing, training, or any non-service use.

§04 Payments & refunds

30-day refund, no questions. Write 'refund' to [email protected].

Founder's Édition purchases include a 30-day no-questions refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Refunds reverse the original payment via Paddle.

§05 Bring-your-own Stripe

Payments your members make on your booking page go directly to your Stripe account using the restricted API key you provide. Slotsy never holds the funds, can't refund them, and isn't liable for chargebacks. Your existing Stripe terms govern the buyer-seller relationship.

§06 Service availability & wind-down

99.9% target. If we shut down: 90 days' notice + your data export + a static archive of your booking page.

We target 99.9% uptime, reported at status.slotsy.net. If we discontinue Slotsy, you receive a 90-day notice, a one-click JSON export of every booking and contact, and a static archive of your booking page hosted on your custom domain for an additional 90 days.

§07 Limitation of liability

Slotsy is provided "as is". Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from downtime.

§08 Changes

Material changes get 30 days' email notice with redline diff. You can cancel before the change takes effect for a pro-rata refund on the unused period (monthly plans) — see § 4 for the 30-day window (lifetime plans).

§09 Governing law

Albanian law, courts of Tirana, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country override. Nothing here waives your statutory rights.
